1. Our role
Pure&Clean Mobile is an independent promotional and product enquiry website. We present information about featured mobile phones and allow visitors to submit enquiries about products that may be available from partner retailers.
We do not sell mobile phones, accept payments, dispatch products, provide warranties or administer cancellations, returns or refunds. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a purchase contract.
We may receive a commission, referral fee or other compensation where a visitor submits a qualifying enquiry or later purchases a product through a partner retailer introduced by this website.
For further information about our commercial model, read our Affiliate Disclosure.
2. Responsibility of the supplying retailer
If you decide to buy a handset following an enquiry made through this website, your purchase contract will be with the retailer that agrees to supply the product. The relevant retailer is responsible for:
- confirming actual product availability and the exact model supplied;
- confirming the final selling price, any delivery charge and any additional service cost;
- providing applicable delivery times and fulfilment information;
- explaining cancellation, return, refund and warranty terms before purchase;
- responding to delivery issues, faulty goods and after-sales requests.
Before completing any purchase, please read the supplying retailer's terms and confirm that the handset, network compatibility, accessories, delivery arrangements and return conditions meet your needs.
3. Delivery information
Pure&Clean Mobile does not dispatch featured products and cannot guarantee delivery availability or delivery times. Any delivery estimate shown in relation to a handset must be confirmed by the relevant supplying retailer before you place an order.
If a partner retailer offers standard UK delivery, upgraded delivery or delivery-related promotions, the retailer should confirm the applicable conditions, costs, excluded locations and expected timescales before purchase.
The Pure&Clean Mobile correspondence address is for website enquiries only. It is not a product return address. Any return route or return address must be obtained from the supplying retailer.
4. Cancelling a distance purchase
Where you buy eligible goods online or by telephone from a partner retailer as a consumer, UK distance-selling rules will generally give you the right to cancel the purchase without giving a reason.
In general, you must notify the retailer that supplied the goods within 14 days after receiving them. After notifying the retailer, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to the applicable statutory rules and any permitted exclusions.
Any cancellation notice must be sent to the supplying retailer, not to Pure&Clean Mobile, unless the retailer has expressly instructed otherwise.

5. Returns and refunds
The retailer that supplied your handset is responsible for handling any return and refund request. If you wish to return a product, contact that retailer before sending the handset anywhere so that the correct return instructions can be provided.
For an eligible cancelled distance purchase, a supplying retailer will generally be required to make the applicable refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that they have been returned, where that occurs earlier.
- A refund may generally include the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered by the retailer, where applicable.
- An additional amount paid for a premium or upgraded delivery option may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
- A retailer may be able to make a deduction where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced.
- Before returning a phone, remove personal data where practicable and include supplied accessories in accordance with the retailer's instructions.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods
Your statutory rights apply against the retailer that sold and supplied the product. If a handset is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy from that retailer.
UK consumer law generally provides a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and obtain a refund, subject to the applicable legal requirements. Repair or replacement rights may also apply depending on the circumstances.
If you experience an issue with a purchased handset, contact the supplying retailer using your order confirmation or retailer contact details. Pure&Clean Mobile may help identify the relevant enquiry route, but we do not determine product faults or issue refunds.
7. Request information before purchase
If you have not yet bought a handset and would like to ask about a featured product, you can submit an enquiry through our contact page. Where your request is intended for a retailer, the enquiry form should identify the partner retailer that will receive your information.
Please do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, bank account login information or other sensitive payment details through a general product enquiry form.
